Southern Living Giftware is the inspired creation of Kylie Dorr, the visionary behind Southern Reproductive Cattle Services. Kylie has recently purchased a prominent building on the main street of Tapanui, West Otago, transforming it into a vibrant multi-purpose hub. The space will not only house the charming Southern Living Giftware store—featuring a carefully curated range of products sourced exclusively from small New Zealand makers and manufacturers with a distinct rural theme—but also serve as the head office and training facility for Southern Reproductive.

Adding to its creative and community-focused atmosphere, the building will also be home to Colour & Clay Collective, a welcoming ceramic studio, and a boutique hairdressing salon. Together, these ventures create a unique destination that blends craftsmanship, care, and connection in the heart of rural Otago.
